One platform being built for monument and memorial shops: every order tracked from first call to installation, every proof stored against the job. Families approve designs online instead of over the phone.
Why we're building this
Spreadsheets track the order and email tracks the proof, but nobody tracks the phone call where a family says yes. We're building MonuManage to fix that.
01
A family says they never approved that change to the base. Nobody wrote it down, so nobody can prove otherwise.
02
The proof is in an email thread, the signed contract is in a drawer, and the site photos are on somebody's phone.
03
Hillside Cemetery requires flush markers under 24 inches. That fact lives in one employee's head, and she's out sick this week.
Order tracking
Every order will move through the same eight stages, in order. Each change gets a timestamp and a name attached automatically, so nobody has to ask who moved what.
Search any order by customer, cemetery, date, or staff member. Every result stays inside your company's own records, never another shop's.
Family portal
Send a secure link. No account, no password required on their end. The family opens it, sees the current proof and the order status, and clicks Approve or Request Changes.
Approval carries a timestamp and locks that exact proof version, so there's a record if the question ever comes up again. A revision request opens a comment thread your staff can see directly on the order.
The preview alongside is interactive, and it's the exact flow we're building. Try it.
Proof for Margaret R. — Hillcrest Memorial
Sent — this appears as a comment thread directly on the order for staff to see.
AI, by the credit
Every plan will run the full platform without AI. Add credits when you want them, and spend them on whatever catches the most mistakes for your shop.
Checks inscription text against the family's reference document for misspellings, wrong dates, and formatting errors before the stone goes to production.
Turns a forty-message email thread into a three-line summary at the top of the file.
Type "granite bench, Hillcrest, last spring" and the matching order comes up.
New uploads sort into proof, contract, or site photo on their own.
A person confirms every flagged issue before it reaches production. The AI never edits an inscription on its own, and credit numbers above are per action.

These are the prices we intend to launch with, posted before the product ships. If they change, they'll change here first.

Roadmap
We're building in phases, and each one ships once it holds up under real orders.
Order tracking, file & proof storage, staff roles and permissions.
Online approvals with a locked record, plus cemetery rules auto-applied to every order.
Inscription checks, summaries, smart search — and reporting across every location you run.
Security, from day one
These are build requirements, in place before the first customer signs in.
